Membership Eligibility

Candidates for Dietitians of Canada membership come from a variety of educational backgrounds and sometimes from different countries. To ensure the proper eligibility criteria have been met, an assessment of education and experience may be required. Some individuals have obtained their degree from non-accredited Dietitians of Canada programs. Canadian Programs

Provincially Registered

Active members of the American Dietetic Association, registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, may apply for membership in Dietitians of Canada.   [More]

Internationally Educated
